At Penn's Honey, we pride ourselves on producing locally sourced honey at the finest quality for bettering the lives of our neighbors.
We offer two pound honey jars in safe and culinary grade plastic bottles. We have found that these jars make up more than 90% of our yearly sales. The honey is commonly used on scones and oatmeal, in cooking and baking, in coffee and tea, and in yogurt and ice cream.
We offer lavender infused honey in one pound culinary grade glass jars. We use the hot method in the creating of our infused lavender honey when cullinary grade lavender flowers are added to a warm pot of honey on the stove. It is then stirred until the desired flavor is reached. The lavender flowers are then strained out and the infused honey bottled. We find the most popular use for lavender honey is in creating a refreshing coffee or tea.
